Role: Release Manager ( Change Coordinator)
Location : Plano, TX ( Hybrid Work Model)
Primary Skill - Agile tools (Jira)
Secondary Skill - BMC Remedy
Required Skills:
- Strong Progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in Agile and Release activities.
- Represent teams at change forums to understand guideline updates and organizational metrics
- Ensure change compliance by coaching teams in understanding new guidelines by leading weekly forums and working with team members individually
- Manage the change review process: ensure checklists are up to date and implement new process improvements as needed
- Partner and manage work tasks with offshore team
- Publish monthly change management ticket compliance metrics for senior management
- Track Enterprise Change Management metrics to ensure 100% compliance for organization. Document noncompliance and work with teams to understand failures that need to be remediated moving forward.
- Conduct post reviews to ensure final evidence available for audit reviews
- Partner with Project Management Office Lead to understand latest standards that impact change tickets
- Present ticket status at change management calls
- Strong communication skills to various audiences such as senior management, project managers, scrum masters, and change requestors, Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Proficient in JIRA, BMC Remedy and the ability to quickly learn internal applications
- Experience coordinating with Dev/QA/Release teams.
- Proficiency on Technology Change Management (CRQ) preferably on BMC Remedy System and Release experience.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and databases or any other ETL tools is a plus.
- Experienced in establishing automated reports & metrics leveraging JIRA for tracking/ forecasting & managing work efforts across programs/teams.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and understanding facilitation techniques.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Expert JIRA/Agile experience on reviewing JIRA details and work with Product owners/Dev team.
- Ability to assign and delegate tasks appropriately, ensure alignment with priorities and schedule, and ensure the team is fully deployed and productive. Strong understanding of Change and Release Management standards and processes, Ability to coach and build a collaborative team of diverse individuals.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from USD 60000/annum to USD135000/annum. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
